Digital Product License Agreement

By purchasing and downloading any product from Imperfect Empath, PLLC, you agree to the following:

1. License Granted
   You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal or professional use, subject to the terms below. 
2. Copyright
   All materials remain the intellectual property of New Patterns Counseling, LLC and are protected under United States copyright law. 
3. Restrictions
   You agree that you will not: 
   • Sell, resell, or redistribute the product. 
   • Share the files electronically with others. 
   • Upload the files to websites, cloud storage for public access, or file-sharing services. 
   • Copy, reproduce, modify for resale, or create competing products from the materials. 
   • Remove any copyright notices or branding. 

1. Permitted Use
   You may print or use the materials only as permitted by the purchased license. 
2. No Transfer
   Your license is personal and may not be transferred, sublicensed, or assigned to another individual or organization. 
3. Violation
   Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may constitute copyright infringement and may result in termination of your license and legal remedies available under applicable law.
